Breakfast respy
You wake up around 7 AM and you begin your day. The first thing you do is shower, because we all have a habit of cleaning our hands in the morning before going to work or school. After you got your water off you get dressed for the day. Your clothes are already washed before they get out that night and you end up putting them on the following evening. It’s hard to stop this routine, but I can’t help it. You eat breakfast before the kids arrive. Then you head out to school. Now the school meal. If you want to give them breakfast at school you will need to feed them. There are many ways to do that, such as you can set up a dish for each child. My favorite way is by feeding them a bag lunch for them every other week (3 meals a week). But when you look at the cafeteria you realize there aren’t enough containers to keep all the food so you choose to pay for a meal on the go. Some people even prefer paying for their own meals. This meal has a very personal taste and if you love your children’s meals you might as well take care of yours.
It’s hard to quit these habits. They are what keeps me moving forward. They remind me of how much I love my children. How much they mean to me. For me to feel accomplished about my work and the money I make. In order to combat all those feelings I would recommend making some lifestyle changes. If you don’t like to cook at home then you need to create a healthy breakfast menu. A diet can be so helpful to you as it helps you control your eating habits and you start seeing results sooner. There are recipes out there that you should try if you want to lose weight but you don’t like cooking at home. These healthy options include casseroles, soups, salads, salads, stews, pasta dishes, etc. Also choose meatless foods. Meat seems to kill our bodies more than anything else and it takes time to feel better. That’s why I choose vegetables over fats and proteins because with vegetables you have no one to blame but yourself. When we have all the ingredients we need we put healthier in everything on purpose. And since they are not processed they still taste great. I know for myself it’s easier to maintain a strict diet than a fast, weekend-style feast. If you choose to follow a healthy diet without taking into consideration weight loss then you will wind up starving your body of it’s natural benefits. To prevent your body from getting sick or injured, I advise against drinking alcohol. So you know that’s an easy step to take.
If you are planning to have any kind of party I encourage you to pack all your favorite foods for the whole family. Or to save some for specific days and holidays. Make sure to have all the non-perishable meals that you can easily grab at quick run-outs or in a local convenience store. The trick is to find your comfort foods right away. Don’t wait until Monday or Thursday until you find something good to eat that is delicious and healthy but also easy to prepare. Just start small and try new fruits everyday. Be sure to check out all the new products at your local supermarket that will help your pantry stay full and be maintained. Don’t forget to drink lots of water, especially in the hot summer months. Drinking plenty of fluids in the heat and humidity also prevents you from becoming ill and running out of fluids.
If you want to have a workout plan, pick some moves that you are proud of just by looking at the pictures. Find those muscle exercises that you enjoy doing. Try something challenging and simple like squats a few times or walking on your treadmill. As an example of cardio, I always prefer rowing. Even though I am big-hitter I don’t really enjoy walking. However, I also enjoy working out. You can either push up to increase the intensity and burn more calories or try yoga. Yoga is a great exercise because it raises your heart rate, makes you sweat, relaxes you and gives your body time to move. Yoga is also great for stress relief because a nice warm cup of tea is all that’s needed. The most important part is that you don’t overload for too long, so you don’t burn out a lot. Before and after working out I always leave with a little extra energy. Another benefit is exercising has been proven to actually improve your health. I think exercising is something everyone should do after school hours. This would be your best option if you have school going on after school hours.
Now this could all sound too crazy but it is a good starting point. Work at trying things you normally didn’t. Maybe find things you didn’t even aware you were enjoying. Use social media to share ideas and stories of your adventures. Share videos of your travels or trips in pictures with friends. Join online groups where you can meet other people who enjoy traveling and learning and travel the world. Read books every now and again if you like reading. I know many people tend to fall back into old habits once they reach a certain age but there is absolutely nothing wrong with having a healthy diet and exercising regularly.
